The Football Association continues to implement the stages of the 'Youth Elite' program, launching a new phase of comprehensive player evaluation under the guidance of the association's technical management. This is part of a strategic vision aimed at developing young talents and establishing a strong base to support the future of national teams in the long run. The 'Youth Elite' program, which began in mid-2024, is one of the cornerstone projects in the development of UAE football. It includes 54 players from the promising talent pool in the under-14 to under-18 age groups from various clubs across the country. Currently, 45 players are undergoing the evaluation phase, which runs from January 20 to 28.
