The Asian Football Confederation today announced the details of the Round of 16 matches for the AFC Champions League 2, starting February 10. Sixteen teams will compete in a home-and-away format. The UAE's Al-Wahda club will face Iraq's Al-Zawraa as a guest in Baghdad on February 10, seeking a positive result to boost their chances before the return leg. In the West Zone, Esteghlal (Iran) will meet Al-Hussein (Jordan) at the Al Maktum Stadium in Dubai. Arkadag (Turkmenistan) will host Al-Nassr (Saudi Arabia), while Foolad Mobarakhe (Iran) will face Al-Ahli (Qatar) in Doha. In the East Zone, Ratchaburi (Thailand) will face Persib Bandung (Indonesia). Cong An Ha Noi (Vietnam) will host Tampines Rovers (Singapore). Pohang Steelers (South Korea) will face Gamba Osaka (Japan), and Bangkok United (Thailand) will face Macarthur (Australia). The Round of 16 draw was held last December, charting the course for teams until the final match. The second legs will be played from February 17-19, with the quarter-finals in March, semi-finals in April, and the final match on May 16.
