Al Habtor team opened the Ghantoot International Polo Championship with a big victory over the Al Bash team with a score of 9-3 in the first round at Sultan bin Zayed field in Ghantoot Club. The tournament, held until March 7 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Falah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of Ghantoot Polo and Horse Racing Club, features six teams: UAE, Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi, Al Bash, Al Habtor, and Bangas. The competitions continue on Monday with a match between UAE and Bangas, followed by the fourth round between Abu Dhabi and Al Habtor the next day, leading up to the fifth round between Ghantoot and Bangas next Wednesday.
