Meanwhile, Al-Ahli will look to continue their winning streak in their match against Al-Bataih. The 'Dubai Knights' completed the first playoff round with a perfect record, securing six points. Al-Bataih, sitting in fourth place with three points, aims to achieve their first win and reignite their hopes in the competition, especially after suffering three consecutive defeats in the first leg, the first of which was against Al-Ahli with a score of 77-100.
It is worth noting that the tournament system stipulates that the top four teams from the preliminary round advance to the semi-final playoff, which is held as a home-and-away round-robin. The playoff will conclude on March 31st, determining the top two teams that will advance to the final. The final, starting next month, will be a best-of-three series, also played over two legs with a potential third decider match in case of a tie to crown the league champion for the current season.
