The American horse 'Magnetude', owned by 'Winchell Limited', has set a record in the 9th leg of the Dubai World Cup after a brilliant performance that placed him among the world's top horses. At four years old, under jockey Jose Ortiz and trainer Steve Asmussen, 'Magnetude' clinched the main race for purebred thoroughbreds 'Grade I' over 2000 meters on the sand track, with 9 of the world's best horses participating. He won the first-place prize of $6.96 million from the total prize money of $12 million sponsored by 'Emirates Airline'. 'Magnetude' completed the race in a time of 2:04.38.
