Fareed Hamad Ahmed Al Mansouri was crowned champion of the Yamaha Cup endurance race over 120 km. Yesterday, at the Dubai International End Village in Seih Al Salam, as part of the Dubai Crown Prince Endurance Festival, 146 riders from various stables and equestrian clubs across the emirate participated. Al Mansouri claimed first place on the horse 'SW Gashiva', owned by the M7 stables. He finished second in the first 40 km stage, dropped to fourth in the 35 km stage, was fifth in the 25 km stage, but surged to the lead in the final 20 km stage with a time of 4:18:18 hours. Rashid Mohammed Al Mehairi took second place on 'Budwina Christiana' (F3 stables), while Fareed Ahmed Al Mansouri secured third on 'SW Jurka' (M7 stables). A total of 146 riders from different stables and clubs in the country took part in the event.
