Al-Wehda coach Darko Milanić confirmed that his team is performing well despite not winning in the last three matches. He pointed out that the goal his team conceded in the final minutes against Al-Nasr (2-2) in the 21st round of the league created a difficult scenario for the team. Milanić stressed the need to work on correcting mistakes and improving performance in the upcoming phase. "We haven't won in the last three matches, but at the same time, we are playing well, and that is important," said Milanić. "The match against Al-Nasr was different and quite strange, especially considering how it ended—we conceded a goal in the final minutes." He added: "We were close to winning and played a good level for most of the match, controlling the game for long periods, but such small details can completely change the outcome of a match, and that is exactly what happened to us in this game." Milanić continued: "After every match, it's natural to analyze the performance and make the right decisions based on what happened, but this match was particularly difficult to analyze due to the nature of the scenario we witnessed, especially in the final minutes." In conclusion, the Al-Wehda coach said: "We trust the team's potential, and we will continue to work on developing our performance and correcting our mistakes because we have the capabilities to perform better in the upcoming matches."
