As it became known from the publication "The Emirates Today", the club "Al-Wasl" refused to sign a contract with former player "Al-Nasr" from Saudi Arabia and the national team of Côte d'Ivoire, Gislain Konan, due to unsuccessful medical examinations.
"We believe that the player's health condition does not meet our requirements for participation in international competitions," said the club representative.
The newspaper does not disclose details about the reasons for the test failure, however, it writes that the club "Al-Wasl" decided not to take risks and refuse to sign a contract with the footballer.
