Alfred Schreuder on Nasr's Challenges and Goals

The coach of the "Nasr" club, Alfred Schroeder, expressed gratitude for the support of the fans after the defeat to "Sharda" and the exit from the President's Cup. He emphasized that the team needs time for young players to gain experience and personal strength for a more successful fight for titles.

"My main goal with the team is to learn to play modern football. Victories will come after mastering tactics, adapting to new and experienced players," said Schroeder. The defeat to "Sharda" became the third this season after losses to "Al-Vasl" and "Al-Jazira".

The coach noted: "I understand the anger of the fans, but it is important to understand that there are significant differences in experience, age, and quality of players in different positions compared to other clubs." He added that time is needed to learn to play football and represent modern football.

He could not determine the exact deadline necessary for the fight for the title, but emphasized that last year's team was close to winning the President's Cup, and such successes come gradually. "We can win the tournament, but I focus on playing football," Schroeder emphasized.

Today, "Nasr" plays its first match in the Champions Cup of the Persian Gulf against "Zafar" from Oman at the Al-Makhtoum Stadium at 18:00.
