The match of the opening of local championships has its own peculiarity, noted by the assistant coach of the basketball team "Shabab Al-Ahli", emphasizing that the task of the "Ritzers" will not be easy against the best of all Omani "Bashir", according to him. The assistant mentioned that "Shabab Al-Ahli" held two matches in the local championship before the meeting with the Omani team arriving in Dubai, prepared better thanks to the games a month ago at the international tournament "Unity".
He added that the match is an additional opportunity to strengthen interaction between professionals in the team, a rookie from the USA Shaheed David, his compatriot Dominic Syrah, who demonstrated a good level as part of the team in June at the Dori of Asia, as well as the Senegalese Gassane Mamadou, who remained the only foreign professional in the team last season.
