At the end of the first stage of the championship "Marathon of Water Bicycles" in the UAE, more than 70 participants took part. The race took place in the Mangrove Reserve area in Abu Dhabi and became the first in a series of sanctioned races.
The organizers expressed joy and satisfaction from the successful start of the season and the quality of the participants' preparations. Participants noted the beauty of the local area through which the race passed and the interesting landscapes they were able to see during the event.
"This was an impressive first competition, which showed us the high level of professionalism of all participants. We are proud that we can support the sport in this region and we are eagerly awaiting the next stages," noted one of the organizers of the race.
