
Many trainers of football clubs were called "analysts" due to their monopoly position in deals with assistant trainers and players. The analyst claimed that the technical committees of clubs should be involved and participate in their decisions to ensure the welfare of the team.
"I believe that many trainers today are more like agents than mentors. Managers think they have the freedom to act, but in reality, that's not the case," noted the analyst.
According to him, trainers often participate in negotiations with new players and members of the training staff, and this can affect the objectivity of the selection process and the preparation of the team as a whole.
"It is best that the technical committees actively participate in such transfers, as they must make key decisions regarding the composition and trainers," he emphasized.
