The senior member of the Sheikh Council and the ruler of the Emirate of Fujairah, Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, announced an increase in the salaries of local government employees by 20 percent starting from February 1. This decision reflects his commitment to supporting the stability of jobs, which in turn increases the productivity of local institutions.
According to the vision of the Fujairah government, the decision to increase salaries is aimed at providing financial support to employees, alleviating their financial burdens, and ensuring an acceptable standard of living for them and their families.
