
The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai is organizing a consular mission in Fujairah on March 15. The purpose of this initiative is to offer vital services to Filipinos living in the emirate and nearby areas. The event will begin at 8:00 AM at Al Bahar Hotel and Resort.
The consular mission aims to assist Filipino nationals who hold visas and reside in Fujairah, as well as residents from Masafi, Kalba, Khor Kalba, Qidfa, Mirbah, Khorfakkan, and Dibba Al Hisn. Services provided during the mission will include passport renewal, OWWA membership/renewal, notarial services, SSS membership, civil registration, PAG-IBIG Fund services, report of marriage, Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage, assistance to nationals, and contract verification.
Additionally, registered voters will receive guidance on online overseas voting. Alongside the consular services, two significant events will take place: a financial literacy seminar at 10:00 AM and a town hall meeting at 1:30 PM.
Applicants, especially Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), who wish to avail of the services or participate in the events are required to register in advance through a provided link and upload copies of their passport and Emirates ID. Following registration, applicants seeking consular services will be emailed instructions on completing the application process and submitting the necessary documents. For services from the Migrant Workers Office, applicants will receive an email to confirm their appointment.
