Given the nature of the fights, which rely on a fast pace and instant reaction, the value of tactical discipline and the ability to accurately read the flow of the bout is enhanced. This contributes to honing the players' skills and raising their technical levels. The tournament also emerges as a high-level competitive space that accelerates the development of athletes through direct interaction and the exchange of experience among various categories, supporting the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation's vision of building a sustainable system capable of supplying national teams with qualified talents to compete at the highest levels and to continue the series of achievements that the UAE has made on the international stage. Abdullah Salem Al Zaabi, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communication at the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation, said: 'We notice a continuous expansion in the scope of participation in the championship, which is a clear indicator of the success of the efforts made to spread the sport and attract wider segments of players. This diversity enhances the quality of the competition and gives talents a real opportunity to prove their presence and develop within a professional environment.' On his part, Zayed Al Naaimi, player of Al Ain Club in the adult category up to 62 kg (brown/black belt), said: 'The competition in this round has a special character, because the fights in the 'No-Gi' category depend greatly on the speed of reaction and the accuracy of decision-making on the mat, which imposes on the player the need to maintain a high concentration throughout the bout.'
