As part of its packed events calendar, the Liwa International Festival hosts a special New Year's Eve concert. The evening aims to enhance the festival's status as a leading community entertainment destination, bringing together a lineup of top-tier artists for live performances that capture the festive spirit from the heart of the Liwa Desert to the region and the world. The concert will take place on the 'Grand Arena' stage in 'Liwa Village', where artists such as Hamad Al Amiri, Khalid Abdulrahman, Asil Hamim, and Fuad Abdulwahed will perform, offering the audience an unforgettable musical experience to close out 2025 and welcome the new year amidst an atmosphere of music, joy, family, and friends. To celebrate the arrival of 2026, fireworks will light up the Liwa sky, transforming it into a vibrant canvas of colors. The shows will be launched simultaneously from three main locations to provide a comprehensive visual experience. From Tel Maraib, the iconic landmark of the Liwa Desert, the sky over the sand dunes will be set ablaze with fireworks. Liwa Village will host a synchronized fireworks display during the concert and the New Year's countdown. The scene will be completed with a third show from a Liwa landmark, adding an extra visual dimension that connects the place and the moment.
