Recently published report, prepared by the Department of Economic Development of the Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah, presents the results of business activity for 2024. According to this data, in this year the number of registered companies in Ras al-Khaimah increased by 10% compared to the previous period.
The main sectors that showed significant growth include the information technology sector, healthcare, and education. This indicates a gradual, steady development of the economy of the region in line with its diversification strategy.
"We see stable growth in important sectors of the economy of Ras al-Khaimah, which indicates the attractiveness of the region for business. This reflects our efforts to attract investments and support entrepreneurial activity," - commented the representative of the department.
In addition, the report emphasized the increase in the volume of exports of goods and services from Ras al-Khaimah over the past year. According to analysts, this indicates an increase in the competitiveness of local products and services in the global market.
