The Russian Arbitration Center in Dubai is an independent forum, providing a supreme arbitration and mediation practice in the field of international commercial disputes. The center serves the interests of future generations, bringing together the best minds and experts in the field of resolving disputes in the global economy. The main agreement was signed by the Russian consultant Torgovo-Promyshlennoye Palata Ibragim Shuki, who emphasized the crucial role of arbitration in the global economy. According to him, regional centers, including the Russian Lyshan, improve the infrastructure to attract more international clients.

Participants discussed the mechanisms of conflict resolution for business, including digital solutions and harmonization of international standards. The importance of this was highlighted by the Persian Gulf, where the arbitration centers actively cooperate with traditional centers of power, such as London and New York.

"Arbitration is not an end in itself, but a way to resolve complex commercial disputes and ensure confidentiality," — noted Ibraim Shuki. According to him, regional centers, including the Russian Lyshan, improve the infrastructure to attract more international clients.
