Athletes from the United Arab Emirates will participate for the first time in the Ras al-Khaimah International Tour - one of the races of the Dubai World Tour organized by the Gulf. The 7th round will start tomorrow at Al Hamra Club’s fields in the emirate of Ras al-Khaimah and will continue until January 26.

Ras al-Khaimah International is one of three main tournaments in the UAE and one of five major tournaments in the Middle East. The competitions are held under the international series Dubai 2025 and have a prize pool of 2.5 million dollars, as well as 1000 points in the rider's cube.

"In the Emirates tournament, professional Adrian Ottaway, ranked 175th in the world ranking, will participate and he has five wins in the Dubai World Tour races," noted in the UAE golf council.

Another participant from the UAE will be professional Josua Grinfeld, who has already shown himself in the top 10 of two out of six Dubai World Tour tournaments.

In the amateur category, three athletes will compete: the leader of the UAE ranking Sem Malan, the holder of the title in the second stage of the Arabian Golf Cup Jonathan Silverax, and a star of the national team Akhmad Skeik.
