Hamadi pointed out that the under-16 and under-17 teams are competing strongly to win their respective league titles, while the under-11 team is showing outstanding performance and aspires to a runner-up position, which highlights the quality of the club's foundational work. Ras Al Khaimah clinched the title after defeating Al-Wasl 2-1 in the tournament's final last Saturday. Hamadi told "Emirates Today": "Winning the UAE Cup reinforces our past achievements, such as winning the under-12 league in the 2023-2024 season, and reflects the quality of our technical and administrative work, and our vision to build a strong player base that forms the nucleus of a first team capable of achieving more success." He added: "Winning the UAE Cup for the under-17 category is an extension of the club's long-term project and reflects the success of our organized work in the age groups, in cooperation with the 'Royal Boys' academy, which is a vital source for discovering and developing talents, alongside the club's distinguished infrastructure." Hamadi explained that the main challenges include competing with major clubs and preparing a qualified player base for a long-term project, affirming that the club addresses these challenges by developing training programs, enhancing cooperation with academies, and investing in technical staff and infrastructure. He commended the efforts of the youth team coaches and administrators, including Dr. Mohammad Abdel Aziz (coach of the under-17 team), Mohammad Awad (under-16 team), Sami bin Obaid (under-11 team), and goalkeeping coaches Bahaa Ahmed and Nimat Abbas, as well as administrators Ahmed Al-Naqbi, Hamad Al-Maliki, and Waleed Al-Balushi.
