As part of this phase, it is planned to establish six buildings of mixed-use and a total area of 166 thousand square meters. The project of the Central Business District, which represents an integral part of the ecologically sustainable Aljada project, was officially presented together with Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmad Al Qasimi, the Chairman of Arada.
Haider Tuna, the General Director of Arada, expressed confidence that this project will become a key element of the company’s strategy to create unique working spaces and ecologically sustainable diverse zones that will contribute to the development of infrastructure and the community of the working class in Sharjah.
"We are happy to begin the construction of the Central Business District, which will become a dynamic and important business center in Sharjah," noted Tuna. "Our goal is to create a unique working space for corporate clients and startups aiming to become part of the thriving business community in the region."
