Arada has signed a AED 145 million contract with Dubai-based Civilian Construction to build a large-scale sports complex spanning 400,000 square feet within the AED 35 billion-value Aljada community in Sharjah. The contractor has already commenced on-site work, with project completion scheduled for the end of 2026. Ahmed Al Hashemi, CEO of Arada, stated: "This global sports complex aligns with our goal of fostering an active and healthy lifestyle for residents and visitors in Aljada. The new facility represents a significant addition to the amenities we are providing across this modern destination."
