Sharjah Islamic Bank has received an award from Deutsche Bank for excellence in banking operations. The bank achieved a 99% success rate for euro transfers and 98% for dollar transfers in 2024. During the meeting, the Deutsche Bank delegation met with the bank's executive management and key personnel in payments and settlement to discuss ways to enhance cooperation in direct electronic processing and develop the international transfer system, in line with global banking best practices. The award was presented to Ahmed Saad, Executive Vice President of Sharjah Islamic Bank, by the visiting Deutsche Bank delegation.
