The Sharjah Land Department has opened registration for the Real Estate Excellence Award 2025 across its four categories for all companies, firms, and real estate agencies operating in the emirate. Registration is open from December 17, 2024, to January 29, 2026. The award ceremony and recognition of the winners will take place in April 2026.
The launch of the new award is part of the department's efforts to develop a competitive real estate environment that aligns with modern developments and supports Sharjah's vision of achieving sustainable real estate growth that contributes to the emirate's economy.
This year, the award has undergone fundamental and comprehensive changes to its evaluation criteria, aimed at enhancing performance quality and raising industry standards.
