Sharjah Expo Center is preparing to organize a series of events in 2026 to solidify its position as a leading destination for exhibitions and conferences in the region and a global hub for business tourism.

The center's agenda for 2026 includes over 95 exhibitions and events, featuring some of the largest local, regional, and international gatherings. These cover key sectors, including industry, education, smart transport, trade, gold and jewelry, as well as cultural and social festivals.

Sharjah Expo Center, headquartered in Sharjah with branches in Khor Fakkan and Dhaid, attracts approximately 3 million visitors annually, enhancing Sharjah's role as a bridge for cultural exchange, an effective platform for knowledge sharing, and partnership building.

In a statement to the UAE's WAM news agency, Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of Sharjah Expo Center, confirmed that the center's 2026 agenda marks a significant leap in its journey, reflecting the efforts of the Sharjah Chamber to elevate the emirate's status as a regional and global hub for exhibitions and conferences, and a model platform for international companies and institutions to forge partnerships, exchange expertise, and showcase their products.

In turn, Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of Sharjah Expo Center, stated that the center's 2026 agenda is the fruit of strategic planning based on a meticulous reading of local and regional market needs and global developments in the exhibition industry. He noted that the center has worked to attract and organize a series of specialized and niche exhibitions and events that cater to the expectations of economic sectors, enhance corporate competitiveness, and provide effective platforms to expand access to new markets.
