The Government of Sharjah has organized an official working visit to the Republic of India. The event was attended by a number of the emirate's authorities and institutions in cooperation with the Sharjah Foreign Direct Investment Office (Invest in Sharjah) and the Confederation of Indian Industries. The aim of the visit is to strengthen economic partnerships between the business communities of Sharjah and India, and to explore opportunities for cooperation and investment in developing sectors, including technology, services, industry, and culture. The official delegation, led by Sheikh Fahim Al Qasimi, Head of the Department of Government Relations, included Mohammed Juma Al Musharikh, CEO of 'Invest in Sharjah', Marwan Saleh Al Ajalla, Director of the Promotion and Investment Support Department at the office, and Saif Mohammed.
