
Yesterday's visit to the headquarters of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry included a meeting of the heads of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sharjah Abdulla Sultan Al Owais and the Consul General of Japan in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, Jona Imanashi, who discussed activating the agreement on cooperation between the Sharjah Chamber and the Japanese Organization for Foreign Trade. The goal of this agreement is to increase trade between the parties, as well as to discuss ways to strengthen partnerships in various sectors.
The head of the Chamber expressed interest in strengthening economic cooperation with Japan, increasing exports, developing joint investments, and utilizing communication channels between the business communities of the United Arab Emirates and Japan. The main goal is to exchange trade experience and develop areas of joint activities between investors from both sides.
This was stated during the meeting between Al Owais and the Consul General of Japan in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, Jona Imanashi.
