International Exposure Photography Festival 2025 Returns

The 2025 International Exposure Photography Festival will take place from February 20 to 26 in Sharjah's Aljada area, featuring over 420 photographers and 3,100 artworks. With 349 events, it includes unique exhibitions, workshops from industry experts, and inspiring talks.


International Exposure Photography Festival 2025 Returns

In February 2025, the ninth International Photography Exhibition "Exposer" will take place at a new location - in the Aljada area of Sharjah. As part of the festival, organized from February 20 to 26, more than 420 photographers, directors, and artists will present over 3100 works of art.

During the week of "Exposer" 2025, more than 349 events will be held, including 98 unique collective exhibitions featuring various techniques and innovative perspectives, as well as over 72 masterclasses by experts in photography and cinema. The program will also include more than 50 inspiring performances, 53 sessions evaluating creative works, 18 group discussions, and the screening of 58 films that reflect various aspects of artistic mastery in the world of visual narratives.

The exhibitions, both individual and collective, will encompass various genres of photography, including photojournalism, documentary, nature, wildlife, travel, and experiences.

Among the notable participants of "Exposer" 2025 are world-renowned photographers Don McCullin and war photojournalist James Nachtwey with the exhibition "Geography of War", as well as Greg Gorman, known for his portraits of celebrities, and Sebastiaan Copeland, a photographer documenting the Arctic and Antarctic.

Works by Martin Strang, depicting sandy deserts and ecosystems by Jorg Schteinmich, and pieces by Sandra Miller will also be presented. Among the notable visual artists at "Exposer" 2025 will be directors and cinematographers who have left their mark in the world of cinema, visual storytelling, and global issues, such as Karin Ballard, Cynthia Pohl, Stephanie Baker, and Orasio Villalobos.
