In the Bayt al-Hikma, the third meeting of the committee took place under the leadership of Dr. Abdallah al-Rahman bin Sultan, chairman of the working group of the program. Attendees included Dr. Abdallah Mukhammed bin Malikh, vice-president, Dr. Nabil Mahmud bin Ashur, general secretary, Mukhammed Ali bin Hamad, and Abdallah Hussein al-Ali.
The high-level committee of the Sharjah program for sports advancement approved technical standards and financial support for the winners. A new category "Unknown Soldier" was added, recognizing clubs and specialized directors and employees of various specialties.
At the meeting, the report presented by Abdallah Hussein al-Ali on the committee's visits to the club for award nominations was also discussed.
