At the 16th Sharzhinsk children's literary festival, organized by the Sharzhinsk Book Association from April 23 to May 4 under the slogan "Dive into books", 150 master classes, events, and activities featuring artists and experts in comics and animation from around the world will take place.
As part of the festival "Comic Corner", a series of master classes focused on developing skills, abilities, and talents of participants is organized. Leading professionals from various fields of comics and animation share their knowledge with children and teenagers, helping them immerse in the world of international trends in the animation industry.
One of the most engaging master classes is "The Art of Drawing with Threads", where participants create works of art, using thread inspired by comics. "Manga Techniques" immerses participants in Japanese art of manga, while the master class "Writing Dialogues" teaches them to write dialogues for short comic stories.
In the master class "Gift and Art", participants study the basics of comic creation and develop their own stories, while "Flowers Inspired by Comics" offers the opportunity to express their creativity and artistic abilities through creating flowers inspired by comic characters and comic atmospheres.
"Wooden Designs Inspired by Comics" allows participants to create wooden masks, inspired by comic worlds, while the master class "Lighthouse Shadows" teaches the basics and techniques of working with lighthouses.
The "3D Modeling" master class discusses the basics of three-dimensional modeling, while "Design of Three-Dimensional Characters Using Artificial Intelligence" teaches creating and projecting characters of various forms using artificial intelligence tools.
Participants of the master class "Game Development from Scratch" can turn their ideas into engaging games that everyone can enjoy. For this purpose, leading professionals such as Ali Alfi, Hisham Fahmi, Karim Ahmed, Mohammed Asmat, Asmaa Samir, Sara Yasou, Ahmed Salah al-Mahdi, and Mustafa Hidra will conduct a series of specialized master classes.
