As part of the vibrant cultural program of the Sharjah International Book Fair, a musical group presented an interactive performance titled 'The Musical Gaze'. The musicians wandered through the exhibition's halls and corridors, transforming them into a stage pulsating with life and imagination. The quartet consisted of four musicians in elegant black costumes, with large sculptures of moving human eyes on their heads. This visual scene, which combined strangeness and beauty, immediately attracted visitors' attention. The performers presented a harmonious mix of rhythms and short pieces on the guitar, accordion, violin, and drums. The melody merged with movement, and the aisles turned into an open musical space where the audience followed the performance wherever it went. The organizers of the work confirmed that 'The Musical Gaze' was designed to give visitors a complete cultural experience that blends the book as a symbol of knowledge and music as a living art form that interacts directly with the public.
