In an atmosphere filled with joy and the smell of fresh bread, the Sharjah International Book Fair hosted an interactive workshop called 'Dinosaur Pizza'. It brought children together at one table of cooking and imagination, letting them turn simple dough into delicious dinosaur-shaped figures. The workshop was led by Chef Shahda Muhammad, who explained to the little ones the steps of making pizza in a simplified and fun way, starting from kneading and cutting the dough using special molds, up to decorating it with sauce, cheese, and olives. Chef Shahda said: 'We give children the opportunity to express themselves through dough, as each of them makes his own dinosaur, adding his personal touches before it goes into the oven'.
