Yesterday, the Al Kharran area in Sharjah celebrated the 54th Union Day amidst an atmosphere filled with pride and belonging, bringing together residents and visitors, and reflecting the values of social cohesion and pride in the national heritage. The festivities began with a national parade in which government departments, schools, families, and various groups participated, embodying the traditions of celebrating this cherished occasion and expressing loyalty and allegiance to the nation and its leadership. The celebrations continued in Al Kharran Park, which saw a large turnout. The events included cultural and heritage segments, alongside artistic and folkloric performances by various troupes, adding a distinctive national character to the festivities.
