Yesterday, the second session of the Emirates Libraries Forum kicked off, organized by the Emirates Library and Information Association at the headquarters of the Sharjah Book Authority under the slogan "The Library between Artificial Intelligence and the Humanity of Knowledge." The forum, attended by Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Book Authority, will run for two days, with the wide participation of a elite of local and international experts in the fields of libraries and information. It aims to enhance the role of libraries in supporting culture and knowledge, and to explore new horizons for digital transformation and innovation in this vital sector that is witnessing rapid growth. As part of the forum's accompanying events, Sheikha Bodour Al Qasimi inaugurated the Manuscripts Exhibition, considered one of the highlights of the event.
