The latest issue (79) of the magazine 'Theatre', published monthly by the Sharjah Department of Culture, has been released. The issue features a diverse collection of reviews, dialogues, articles, and reports on theatrical activities in Sharjah and worldwide. In the 'Introduction' section, readers can find an overview of the presence of Emirati theatre at the 'Abu Al-Funoun' festivals in the Gulf region, as well as a report on the key events of the 35th 'Sharjah Theatre Days' festival, which recently concluded. In the 'Readings' section, Basim Sadik writes about the play 'Sent to...', while Kamal Shihaoui discusses the play 'Paradisco' by Lebanese director Samer Hanna, and Samer Muhammad Ismail reviews 'Miniatures' by Syrian director Farah Al-Dabiyat.
