
Within the framework of the 43rd session of the "Sharjah International Book Fair," held from November 6 to 17, a group of 49 leading world writers, literati, and cultural figures from 14 countries participates. Among them are laureates of international awards, authors of global bestsellers.
Among the participants are Indian poet Bi Jamaykhan, Malaysian writer Achil B. Dharmadjan, artificial intelligence specialist Pedro Oriya-Reito from Spain, and Indian poet Rafiq Ahmed. The exhibition will feature a series of children’s books by American writer Karina Yan Glizer, while a unique vision of cinematography is discussed by Pakistani director Saba Karim Khan.
The event will also feature Pakistani artist and educator Roman Hussain, clinical psychologist Lin Rossi, British chef and writer Antonin Wurner, expert in energy policy Thai Yang Chzhang Nans. Notable contributions to scientific-popular literature are made by Devika Karia, and young poet Samya Inayat shares her journey into medicine starting at 20 years old. From Pakistan, the exhibition presents the work of screenwriter Amin Makhfi, while in world cinema, the Indian actress Huma Qureshi is introduced.
Also present at the event are Lawrence M. Krauss, theoretical physicist and astronomer, as well as Indian actress Asavathi Srikanth, blogger and actress Shenaz Treozori, and author Tahir Shah, who has researched world cultures. Techniques of self-organization are discussed by American specialist in mind, body, and energy Brandi Hilmore, while Spanish writer Javier Serkas shares his literary experience. Indian writer Chetan Bhagat, whose books have been screen-adapted, interacts with the public, discussing contemporary literary directions.
Historian Peter Frankopan deeply immerses himself in universal history, while American novelist Steve Cha discusses his detective works. Among the guests is aviation analyst John J. Gimel.
