Music, art, poetry — these are the three main components of the "Tanuir" festival, which will take place in the empty Mliha in Sharjah from November 22 to 24. Under the motto "Echo of Love and Light," inspired by the words of the poet Jalaluddin Rumi, the organizers offer an engaging journey, strengthening human connections.
More than 30 artists from 15 countries will present various performances, master classes, and installations across four festival venues. The events will unite tradition and innovation, creating an atmosphere that celebrates cultural heritage and simultaneously contributes to the development of creative arts.
Among the invited artists are Sami Yusuf, Zafer Yusuf, as well as the group "Traveling Lights," Sini Kamara, Ziad Sahab, Abbi Samba, Rachel Rangan, and many others. The festival will offer participants not only to watch the performances but also to actively interact with them, creating new productions in unprecedented ways.
Visitors will enjoy various master classes under the guidance of world experts, including the orchestra "Anas" with the instrument "handpan," studies of illuminated art, Sufi dances, light installations, and also other interesting events. The festival venues will be divided into four zones, each with its own unique program.
In addition to active performances, "Tanuir" will offer participants ten diverse master classes aimed at developing artistic skills and internal creativity. Thus, the "Tanuir" festival promises to be a bright and extraordinary cultural event that will unite people and showcase how art can transform and inspire.
