Sheikha Budur bint Sultan al-Kasimi, the founder of the Kalimat group, introduced her new book series "My Mama" during the 43rd annual Sharjah International Book Fair. This series emphasizes the importance of natural attachment in early childhood through strengthening the emotional bond between the infant and their mother.
The series of books, designed in a creative style using images and colors from artist Danielle Stamatia, aims to draw attention to the nurturing of the mother, her milk, and its fibers, creating an atmosphere of comfort and safety for the infant, which contributes to the formation of their identity and relationships with themselves and the world.
The series consists of three books: "Mama's Voice", "Mama's Milk", and "Mama's Hairs", covering all aspects of emotional, healthy, and sensitive interactions between the child and mother during natural attachment. Sheikha Budur al-Kasimi presented these connections in a deep and beautiful key, highlighting the importance of every detail in understanding motherhood and childhood.
At the Kalimat stand, a special event took place, during which Sheikha Budur bint Sultan al-Kasimi signed the book series and held a reading session, attracting many parents and children at once. The "My Mama" book series received support from various organizations such as "Sharjah Children’s Bureau", "Association of Friends of Natural Attachment", and "Sharjah Healthy Authority".
