Fares Belarabi, the Tunisian utility player of FC Shardja, noted that the team spirit and camaraderie are at the core of the club's success in the current season. He emphasized that everyone inside the club feels comfortable and stable, as evidenced by the team's results in all competitions at both local and international levels.

The Tunisian footballer is considered one of the key players at Shardja and has become one of the best in the team under the guidance of the Romanian coach Kozmina. He stepped onto the pitch based on 12 matches out of 12 in the Professional League, spent 983 minutes on the field, scored four goals, and provided one goal assist.
After Shardja's victory over Khorfakkan, Belarabi noted that the match was challenging, as they faced a resilient team, but the most important thing was to earn three points, return to first place, and move in the right direction, enabling the team to succeed in different tournaments.
Belarabi joined Shardja in June 2023 from Ajman Club. He said, "From the first day, I felt at home and with family; it helps me demonstrate all my best and the best matches, constantly working to improve my football mastery, always trying to provide the best technical performance on the field for the team."
He also expressed satisfaction with the interaction with the other players: "All the players at Shardja practically know each other's strengths, which helps the team adapt and synchronize different roles. In the last match against Khorfakkan, the substitute players helped the team win and earn three points.
As one of the players who earns respect from Belarabi in the team and in other league clubs, he named Kaio Lucas and Luan Pereira.
