This summer, the second meeting of the Shardzhi Award committee for sports achievements took place at the "Centro" hotel. At the meeting, a decision was made to allocate a total amount of $200,000 to support promising projects and initiatives aimed at developing the sports industry in the region.
"One of the most important goals of the award is the promotion and support of sports initiatives that contribute to physical development and improve the health of society as a whole," emphasized the committee chair.
It was noted that this year the award will be presented in four categories, including "Best Sports Project of Social Significance" and "Project Supporting Youth Participation in Sports." This provides wide opportunities for sports communities and organizations in the region to support projects that contribute to the development of sports and its popularization among the youth.
