In Shardzh, sports achievements are not just a goal, but a common culture that guides the activities of all clubs. Hence, when we decided to revive the awards program for achievements, which had been suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic, we felt it was necessary to return it in a new format that would reflect all the changes, technological innovations, and challenges, as well as take into account other types of awards, showcasing outstanding achievements in sports and other fields. We have considered the government's strategy, the Emirates' strategy, and its vision.
As a result, we developed a comprehensive program to recognize all creative individuals for their results and productivity. The main point is that now achievements are not the only criterion for selection, but important leadership qualities and outstanding accomplishments have become significant.
