Many women participated in the fourth annual archery tournament for amateurs, held by the Sharjahi Foundation of Women's Sports. The tournaments took place at the Olympic base for women as part of a two-dimensional event.
The winners were Dalal al-Harmoudi and Hamda al-Harmoudi, who scored 186 points. Second place was taken by Dana Vselati and Ravan al-Ilmi, while third place went to Amal Ganuma and Munir Muhammed.
"This competition reflects the successful efforts of the foundation to attract women to sports," said Nura al-Hamer, head of the public sports department of the foundation.
