During the press conference dedicated to the match that will take place tonight at the Shardja stadium, the Russian coach 'Shardja' Koshimina and the Portuguese coach 'Al-Ahli' Paulo Soza expressed a shared opinion on how today's meeting at the 'Shardja' stadium in the framework of AFC Champions League quarterfinals will be resolved.
Koshimina stated that mistakes, such as the skills of a specific player or the mistakes of another, can determine the outcome of the match. The coach emphasized that for him the main thing is that the team from the OAA progresses to the tournament's playoffs and that his players are ready to play.
"I count on my players to fight hard on the field to maintain our chances of advancing further," added Koshimina.
Soza expressed the opinion that the chances of winning the match between his team and 'Shardja' are equal, and that it is the minor details that will create the difference. The coach noted that the game will not be easy, but their plan is to create and capitalize on scoring chances.
"We will need a lot of strength against the team that plays vertically and has a beautiful timing in attack," emphasized Soza.
He added that for 'Al-Ahli' it is important to develop the attacking direction of the game and to focus on the culture of victory.
