A duathlon in Sharjah, held at University City, received great success. The event saw participation from 200 athletes from various backgrounds. It was organized by the Sharjah Sports Council and the UAE Triathlon Federation.
The organizers expressed joy at the large number of participants and the high level of competition. The general secretary of Sharjah municipality emphasized the importance of such events for the sports community and promoting a healthy lifestyle among citizens.
"We are pleased to see this significant turnout and interest in sports. We invite everyone to participate in similar competitions to promote a healthy lifestyle and sports values among all strata of society," noted the general secretary.
The event featured numerous volunteers supporting participating athletes, creating an atmosphere of healthy competition and sporting spirit.
