The Sharjah football club became the winner of the OAE Cup in handball among youth teams for the second consecutive year and the 13th time in history. In the final, which took place today, on Monday, at the Al-Bataeh club, Sharjah defeated the youth team VASL with a score of 27:26. The Sharjah team continues to dominate this season, having won the championship and the cup after a victory in the overall standings in April of this year. The chairman of the competition committee, Davood Mukhammed Al-Muyigh, presented the silver medals to VASL and Sharjah with gold medals and the cup. Sharjah finished the first half of the match ahead of VASL by three goals with a score of 15:12 and managed to maintain this advantage in the second half, securing the victory with a score of 27:26.
