The Sharjah (b) team won the handball championship for juniors, organized by the Sharjah Sports Council. The Sharjah (a) team took second place, followed by the Al Dhaid team in third. The tournament was held at the Sharjah Sports Club hall (Semnan branch) with the participation of 88 players representing four teams: Sharjah (a), Sharjah (b), Kalba, and Al Dhaid. The awarding ceremony was attended by Ibrahim Saif bin Ghafan, Head of the Team Games Department at the Sports Affairs and Development Department of the Sharjah Sports Council, and Tarq Bousnina, a specialist in the sport. At the end of the championship, the winning teams, as well as coaches, best players, and goalkeepers, were honored.
