Sharjah defeated their guests Dibba 4-1 in a match played yesterday and postponed from the 16th round of the Professional League. Sharjah took the lead early in the 8th minute through a goal by Harib Abdullah, who unleashed a powerful long-range strike. The ball hit a defender and deceived the goalkeeper before settling in the left side of the net. Two minutes later, Sharjah extended their lead. Igor Cornado capitalized on a pass from Fras Al-Arabi and skillfully placed the ball into a difficult angle for the goalkeeper. Igor Cornado then scored his second and third goal for the Sharjah team, converting a free-kick from outside the penalty area with a precise shot over the wall, finding the net on 42 minutes. Towards the end of the first half, left-back Leandrinho scored one of the most beautiful goals of the match, firing a rocket from a long distance that nestled into the bottom left corner of Dibba's goal on 45+1 minutes. In the second half, Simon Cabral pulled one back for Dibba, capitalizing on a defensive error from Sharjah's defenders to score from inside the box on 50 minutes. With this victory, Sharjah jumped to 8th place with 20 points, while Dibba remained in 13th place with 13 points.
