The Sharjah basketball team won the bronze medal in the men's general basketball league for the 2025-2026 season. The team secured third place after a big victory over Al-Bataeh with a score of 108-69 in the match for third and fourth place, held on Monday evening at the Sharjah Sports Club. The 'King' dominated the course of the game in both play and result, outperforming in the four periods 18-13, 32-24, 30-18, and 28-14. Abdul Latif Naser Al-Fardan, President of the UAE Basketball Federation, crowned the Sharjah team with the bronze medals, in the presence of Mohammad Saleh Al-Ali, a member of the Sharjah Club's board of directors, Head of the Collective Games Administration, and a number of members and officials of the Basketball Federation's board of directors.
