The manager of the football club "Sharja" Badr Ahmed stated that the club is focused on fighting for all fronts, both at the national and Asian levels. The team's goal is to compete for a top four finish in the UAE Pro League. He noted that the friendly match against "Al-Hamriya" was part of the preparation for the upcoming match against "Al-Nasr" in the championship to ensure the players are in full combat readiness and physical form, emphasizing the importance of achieving further victories for "Sharja" in the championship.

"Sharja" resumed training on Monday after a short break of four days, taken after returning from Doha, where the team played with the Iranian club "Sepahan" in the AFC Champions League. "The team will be fighting in all tournaments, whether in the championship, the President's Cup, or the Arab Islamic Bank Cup, as well as in the AFC Champions League. Our goal is to finish in the top four of the national championship this season," said Badr Ahmed.

At the moment, "Sharja" occupies the second place in the table with 18 points, equal to "Shabab Al-Ahli", leading by goal difference, although they have a match in hand. "Sharja" has played seven matches, winning six and losing one. Badr Ahmed emphasized that the club has always fought for top spots in the championship for several years and is not planning to give up its positions.

In response to the question of whether the team will be reinforced with new players during the winter transfer window, Badr Ahmed stated: "Although at the moment the composition of the team is solid and players are showing good results, the club will welcome any good player who can be useful for our team."
