"The General Authority for Civil Aviation" won seven awards at the "Stevie Awards for the Middle East and North Africa 2025", including four gold awards and three silver awards. This achievement is considered a confirmation of the authority's commitment to excellence and innovation.
Regarding the gold awards, the General Director of the Authority, Saif Muhammad Al-Suwaidi, won the award for "Leader of the Most Innovative Initiative for this year", in addition to other awards such as "Best Advanced Management in Governance" and "Innovation in Public Relations, Institutional Communication, Investor Relations, and Public Relations", as well as an award for Technological Innovation.
As for the silver awards, the General Director recently won the award for "Thought Leader of the Year", while the Authority received other awards such as "Most Innovative Program for Cooperatives" and "Outstanding Individual Contributor in Innovation" which honored engineer Mariam Al-Balushi.
